Our “boutique” winery is located in Steni in Tinos, at the foot of Tsiknias at an altitude of about 410 meters from the sea.
We have been housed there since 2018 with all the production processes for the creation of our wines taking place in our specially designed space.
Our goal is to offer a complete wine tourism experience and moments of relaxation to our guests.
Thus, in 2022, we created on the terrace of our winery, a room decorated in the architecture of our island with earthy tones emphasizing the endless view of the Aegean. Our terrace hosts the tastings as it also functions as a wine bar.
Our winery is open all year round with tours available by appointment. Our terrace is open from May – September from 11:00am to 7:00pm. The space is also suitable for receptions of up to 80 people upon consultation
Το οινοποιείο μας είναι ανοιχτό όλο τον χρόνο με δυνατότητα ξενάγησης κατόπιν ραντεβού. Η βεράντα μας ανοίγει από Μάιο – Οκτώβριο από τις 11:00πμ έως αργά το βράδυ. Ο χώρος ενδείκνυται και για δεξιώσεις έως 150 ατόμα κατόπιν συνεννόησης.
Our History
Η καταγωγή μας από τη Τήνο και η αγάπη για το πανέμορφο αυτό νησί μας έδωσε τη διάθεση και το κίνητρο και λίγο αργότερα – μετά από καλή εξοικείωση με το αντικείμενο – να ασχοληθούμε με τη δημιουργία αμπελώνα και την παραγωγή κρασιού.Από πεποίθηση, από επιλογή και από αγάπη γι’ αυτές χρησιμοποιούμε αποκλειστικά Ελληνικές ποικιλίες σταφυλιού και μάλιστα μόνο εκείνες που διαπιστώσαμε ότι προσαρμόζονται τέλεια στις συνθήκες του νησιού μας.

Revival of red local variety “Kumariano”.
2023
The third planting of an asyrtic variety was carried out in the area of Kakia Skala. At the same time, we distilled our tsipouro RAKIZIO in collaboration with the Makryonitis distillery in Syros as a new label Glyko created in 2021.
2022
Our tasting room is complete for a complete wine tourism experience.
2020
Realizing one of our original plans, the revival of local varieties of our island, we wine the local white variety Potamisi and another single-varietal red wine, Mavrotragano.
2018
The second planting of the Assyrian variety in Steni, the creation of our winery and 3 new labels, Antara, Altana and Mastroyianni, took place.
2016
The first vintage took place where we were hosted at the Vasaltis winery in Santorini, vinifying our first two labels Vaptistis White and Vaptistis Red.
2012
The old family vineyard is being revived, in the center of which a traditional dovecote dominates. Our goal is to highlight Greek varieties, so the first plantings were carried out in varieties such as Assyrtiko, Monemvasia, Mavrothiriko and Mavrotragano.
