Tasting
Beautiful copper color, it bodes well for the future. An expressive and enticing aroma, reminiscent of “strawberry” grape sprinkled with pepper but also sweet spoonful grape and rose.
It is also accompanied by notes of honey and flowers. Full and peppery taste, with a nice – slightly syrupy – feel. The taste is not at all bitter and reminds of a sweet grape.
Matching
The peppery sensation is stronger in the aftertaste. It goes perfectly with fruit salads with lots of black and red fruits, Santorini melitini, “kopanisti” cheese and fruit tarts.
